Installation

1. Download the latest version of Netronics Voice Dictation from our official website.
2. Run the installer (NetronicsVoiceDictationInstaller.exe) and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Once installed, launch the application from your desktop or start menu.
Configuration

1. Open the settings window by clicking on the tray icon or using the configured shortcut (default: Ctrl+Alt+S).
2. Set up your Wit.ai API key in the settings. You can obtain a free API key from [Wit.ai](https://wit.ai/).
3. Choose your preferred language for dictation.
4. Customize other settings such as recording time, shortcuts, and dictation preferences.

Usage

1. Start recording by using the configured shortcut (default: Ctrl+D) or through the tray icon menu.
2. Speak clearly into your microphone.
3. Stop recording using the same shortcut or automatically after the set maximum recording time.
4. The application will process your speech and insert the text at your cursor position.

Troubleshooting
– Ensure your microphone is properly connected and selected as the default recording device in your system settings.
– Check your internet connection, as the application requires internet access for speech recognition.
– If you encounter any issues, check the application logs or contact our support team.
Updates

The application will automatically check for updates. When an update is available, you’ll be prompted to download and install it. You can also manually check for updates in the settings menu.

The program uses the Wit.ai service by Meta. You can access the service through the program or visit their official website at wit.ai
A small note: you’ll need to obtain an API key for each language separately, which might be a bit challenging for some users. However, we chose this service because it’s free, and we plan to add alternative options in the future if available.
